Held weekly on the Gold Coast.
Whilst 1:1 Breath Journeys are incredibly potent, Group Breath Circles are unique in that they allow you to witness & be witnessed by others, fostering a sense of community & connection which can be so healing & liberating.
Whether you are a seasoned breather or a beginner, our group breathwork class is a safe & supportive space to explore the power of breath no matter your level of experience.
Group circles begin with connection exercises designed to help you land into the space, into your body & feel at ease with others in the group.
We will begin with a series of connection exercises to help us feel more grounded, centred, and connected to each other and the world around us. Then, we will embark on a Breath Journey, using the Conscious Connected Breathwork technique to release tension, heal the body, and connect with our inner selves. Finally, we will close the class with a sound healing session to nurture our hearts and minds.
