During a Conscious Connected Breathwork session, you will be guided to breathe in a specific way that will help you to relax & let go of any tensions or blocks in your body. You will breathe deeply & continuously, without pausing between the inhale & the exhale.

As you breathe, you may experience a range of emotions, from joy & love to sadness, anger & more. This is perfectly normal; all emotions are welcome in this space.
