The Breath is the bridge between our conscious & subconscious minds, when we engage in Conscious Connected Breathwork with a trained facilitator we are able to safely explore and release trauma and emotional blockages stored in the body. In addition to this it can facilitate the untangling of limiting beliefs that hold us back in everyday life while simultaneously reducing inflammation in the body, improving stress levels, increasing energy, enhancing sleep quality & more.

From this state many breathers find they experience enhanced clarity, mental focus, greater sense of purpose, better relationships and live life with more depth and meaning.
